A lovely note and wish from a new volunteer….

“Looking back at 2024, some of my most meaningful memories were created during volunteer training at Philip Aziz Centre. The welcoming and inclusive learning environment you and all the guest speakers created made me feel more comfortable sharing my ideas and fully engaging in each session. It really meant a lot to me to interact with fellow volunteers.

I had a wonderful time during my first ever volunteer shift at Emily’s House in December. It felt so nostalgic setting up gingerbread houses…I hope the families enjoyed decorating them at the party! Looking forward to continuing my hospice palliative care volunteer journey with PAC and EH this year and completing Children’s training.
