Emily’s House Painting Presentation to the Balsam Foundation

Emily’s House presented a gift to the Balsam Foundation with thanks for the many years of leadership funding invested in our hospice mission. The painting was created by Emily Yeskoo, the namesake of Emily’s House children’s hospice, and our celebrated “rockstar” first client in 2013. In Emily’s final years, with the help of an art therapist, she produced a prolific amount of abstract artwork, communicating great beauty with her eyes, gestures, and heart. Such an honour to present this gift from the Yeskoo family and Emily’s House to a representative of these lead patrons.
