Community Outreach with Seniors

Our Community Outreach efforts continued with a Philip Aziz Centre for Hospice Care (PAC) presentation to a community of seniors in their condominium community in January.

There were 22 attendees, plus one PAC Volunteer, and one dog, who listened, shared, asked, engaged, cried, and left with lots of knowledge and more information about palliative care options they will now consider!
