She is an internationally recognized expert in resilience and wellbeing, and will be speaking on “Strengths-based Resilience: taking a strengths-based approach to coping with loss.” She shares about the sudden death of her twelve-year old daughter, and her own grief journey, while providing three practical strategies to help others.
