Enbridge Fueling Futures Vibrant Community Grant

Thank you to Stephanie and Matt for visiting Emily’s House. Thank you to ENBRIDGE GAS for approving another FUELING FUTURES grant request in support of our EMILY’S HOUSE AT HOME children’s hospice clients and families.  The $7,000 grant will help continue the extension of social work and case management competencies to our Emily’s House paediatric palliative care clients. This will help deliver psychosocial counselling supports; and provide short-term family advocacy, social service/agency support and navigation, during a time of crisis.
