Hats On for Children’s Palliative Care Day – Friday 10 October 2025

The second Friday in October, is a day for raising international awareness of the need for children’s palliative care and the work of Children’s Palliative Care (CPC) services worldwide. This year we ask you, “What hat will you wear to close the gap?” as we celebrate our 20th Anniversary year and reflect on the milestones achieved in 2025 and beyond.
We wear different hats every day as we care for children living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Some of our hats are as parents, siblings, caregivers, nurses, paediatricians, oncologists, teachers, donors, advocates… the list is endless. Whichever hat you wear to improve the lives of seriously ill children around the world, make your voice heard by joining us this year for #HatsOn4CPC.
Annually, we’re invited to show support by taking photos and posting to social media with the tag #HatsOn4CPC.
