Mount Pleasant Group – Emily’s House Pancake Day Visit 2026!
Our heartfelt congratulations go to MOUNT PLEASANT GROUP as they celebrate their 200th anniversary this year! We are so grateful to MOUNT PLEASANT GROUP, a Hike for Hospice sponsor and community partner of Emily’s House children’s hospice since 2014, with total donations exceeding $88,000. This ongoing, vital support helps provide paediatric palliative care for children, and wraparound psychosocial supports for their families.
It was wonderful to have John Monahan, President and CEO of Mount Pleasant Group (MPG), and employees from MPG’s Toronto Necropolis Cemetery and Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Centres, and representatives from their corporate head office join yesterday in the annual employee pancake breakfast, as we shared updates from Emily’s House and the early kickoff to Hike for Hospice fundraising.
