Join CHPCA in celebrating NATIONAL HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE WEEK on Tuesday, May 7 at 1:00 PM EDT for THE PALLIATIVE EFFECT: A CAREGIVING CONVERSATION, a FREE webinar about the joys and challenges of being a family caregiver, the supports and services that exist to support them in their caregiving role, and how palliative care is for them too.
