Our Philip Aziz Centre for Hospice Care / Emily’s House working Strategic Plan Framework 2023-2025 has been developed with input from our governance Board of Directors and Leadership Team. We look forward to operationalizing and furthering the vision with additional input from our Emily’s House Family Advisory Council, clients, staff, volunteers, and partners in care, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in client care.
