TORONTO HIKE FOR HOSPICE, Sunday, Sept 27, in Riverdale Park West
Last year, our partner hospices provided:
- Hospice volunteer and direct staff support to 2,000 individuals in the GTA
- Caregiver relief, respite, support and resources, including 65,000 volunteer hours
- Counseling and compassionate care to individuals and groups coping with illness, caregiving or bereavement
