Emily’s House Client Survey 2025 Highlights
The Emily’s House Anonymous Client Survey 2025 yielded informative, practical and encouraging feedback from Emily’s House families about the care their child received at our children’s hospice, and how well their family felt supported.
Here are a few representative excerpts from parent caregivers of our children and youth with complex disability and underlying life-limiting illness.
Excerpts from anonymous client surveys completed by caregiver parents:
- “Thank you so much for helping medical parents like us build trust in other caregivers of our children, to help encourage us to get respite support. It feels impossible to trust others with a medically complex child, and your team is extraordinary in building this trust in a compassionate, safe and thoughtful way. Thank you!!!”
- “Emily’s House has improved all of our lives! We never thought we could leave [ our daughter ] anywhere, we are not only able to leave her but know she will actually have an amazing time while we are away. The level of care and caring is out of this world.”
- “We love Emily’s House. We feel like our child belongs and is welcomed. We loved it when photos and videos of what our child was doing were being sent to us…. We love to hear what they’re doing during the day and what made them laugh or smile.”
