The Hike for Hospice Partners event Sunday was simply terrific! The beautiful weather and fun new activities for children made for a beautiful event and filled the park with joy. New hospice partner, Toronto Grace Health Centre’s Palliative Care, brought an additional 80-90 people and energy to the annual crowd.
